Scale complex x by the real scalar a: x = a*x (BLAS zdscal).

Parameters:
afloat

Real scalar multiplier.

xndarray

Complex input vector.

nint, optional

Number of elements to process. Default is the whole vector.

offxint, optional

Index of the first element of x to use. Default is 0.

incxint, optional

Stride between successive elements of x. Default is 1.

overwrite_xint, optional

If nonzero, x may be overwritten in place. Default is 0.

Returns:
xndarray

The scaled vector a*x.
